Anthony Sigala from Brawley, CA Wins NAF El Centro Air Show Poster Contest 

  

El Centro, CA – The NAF El Centro Air Show is excited to announce the winner of its 2025 Poster Contest: Anthony Sigala, a talented local artist from Brawley, California.Sigala’s design was selected by the air show's Core Team from a pool of six entries submitted by artists from local, national, and international backgrounds. The winning artwork will be featured on all official posters, graphics, and promotional materials for this year’s event. 

 

The Core Team chose Sigala’s design because they felt it best captured the spirit of the 2025 NAF El Centro Air Show. His bold and dynamic composition embodies the energy and excitement of aviation, while also celebrating the rich heritage of the event. “We consider the participation of local and international artists in our contest as a high honor forthe base and the air show. The base is a part of the community, and the community is a part of the base,” said CDR Jon Sitorious, Air Show Chairman. 

 

As part of the celebration, all six contest submissions will be showcased at the air show on March 15, 2025. Attendees will have the opportunity to view the diverse and creative designs, with Sigala’s winning artwork proudly displayed as the centerpiece. “Community participation is a hallmark of the success of the El Centro air show. The local communities help make this amazing event possible,” said Marc Willis, Air Show Director. 

 

This year’s air show will be held at the Naval Air Facility in El Centro, CA on March 15, 2025. Gates open at 8:00 AM, with flying activities beginning at 12:00 PM. The Blue Angels will take to the skies at 2:00 PM, with the event concluding at 4:00 PM.
